Hours: No guaranteed hours
Worktime: 8pm to 3am,4 shifts on 4 shifts off

Job Duties: Preparation and cooking of meals.Ensure the cash handling policy is followed. Good customer care skills dealing with customer requests or complaints in a professional manner.A good knowledge of HACCP compliance ensuring all company compliance documents are completed daily and signed.Ensure Risk assessments and Health & Safety practises are followed.To be responsible for all company allergen compliance and ensure all documentation are completed fully.To motivate a team.Ensure to Kitchen and dining area are cleaned maintain to a high standard.Any other reasonable request.
Qualifications / Experience: Intermediate Food hygiene certificate is desirable or basis food hygiene certificate essential.
