Job Duties: Prepare food using fresh ingredients to the Autograph Brand standardPrepare menus and develop recipe to the Autograph Brand standardIn conjunction with catering manager supervise delegation of food production & other duties to FSA'sAchieving and maintaining food cost within the unit to the Autograph Brand standard Complete, daily records for HACCP, Due Diligence, Allergens Maintain stores, prepare orders (no direct ordering), support catering manager with cashing up when required
Qualifications / Experience: NVQ level 2 in food preparation and cooking or City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2OR 2 year's experience of food preparation in a busy catering/production kitchen
