Job Duties: Prepare breakfast, lunch and snack for children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting, as well as accommodate children with different allergy requirements/needs. Maintain a clean working environment.Work alongside management to complete healthy meal plan.Liaise with Environmental Health when required.Complete necessary paperwork in line with Safe Food Catering standards.Ordering and sourcing food stock on a weekly basis.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene essential.Level 3 Food Hygiene preferable.
