Job Duties: The employer is: LARNE FOOTBALL CLUB.Collaborating with the Head Chef to prepare and cook meals for first team and academy players.Setting up of canteen area in advance of players mealtimes.Serving of food and drink as required.Cleaning of kitchen space and ensuring that all cleaning and sanitising protocols are followed.Ensure recording of food deliveries, delivery temperatures and cooking temperatures in line with food hygiene regulations.Assisting Head Chef with restocking and rotation of stock as required and in line with storage requirements.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Basic Health & Hygiene .12 months experience in a restaurant environment.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask .Working knowledge of mathematical principles such as ratios and proportions.Ability to work as part of a team. You must also complete a full Access NI enhanced clearance.
