Job Duties: Based in Slemish Care Home you will manage the provision of a catering service within the home with particular emphasis on the planning, preparing, cooking and serving of meals ensuring all activities and operations comply with operational standards and statutory regulations.
Qualifications / Experience: Catering/cooking qualification.
