Job Duties: The employer is: AULD HOUSE INNS LIMITED. Assist in the food preparation process. Cooking & preparing elements of high quality dishes. Preparing vegetables, meats and fish. Helping with deliveries and restocking. Assisting with stock rotation. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards. Assisting other chefs. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Required:Excellent communication skills. Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend & evening work will be required).Desirable:Current certificate in Basic Food Preparation, Health & Hygiene. Experience of working in a similar role.
