Job Duties: This important role requires you to undertake duties within the Social Enterprise to deliver on client requirements, whilst working alongside and mentoring participants to support them in employment to maximise their individual potential and opportunities for progression.
Qualifications / Experience: The essentials:2 years experience of cooking in a café or other commercial environmentLiteracy and numeracy level 2Basic food hygieneDesirable Criteria:Experience and knowledge of learning disability around employmentNVQ Level 2 in a catering subject1 years experience in a busy café / front of house
