Job Duties: Working from 6am-3pm, cooking a mixture of classical and modern dishes. You are not only cooking award-winning breakfasts but keeping an eye on deliveries, the stores and then moving onto the vegetable & fryer service section at lunch.The role focuses on ordering for, preparing and cooking our breakfast menu, with room to add your own touches.
Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience essential and a demonstrable ability to work under pressure. Ideally NVQ Level 2 and we will help the right candidate progress as far as they want to go.We will support the achievement of NVQ level 3 Catering and higher qualifications.
