Job Duties: The employer is: DOCS FISH AND CHIPS.Learning the basics of food preparation and cooking. Undertaking some basic food hygiene and safety training.Learning which chopping boards and utensils to use.Learning how to properly wash and prepare items such as vegetables, salad, potatoes, chips etc.Following instructions to prepare sauces and stocks and ensuring consistency. Using kitchen equipment including ovens, microwaves and fryers.Maintaining a hygienic workplace.Helping to check off deliveries, ensuring stock is rotated and that new orders are correctly stored.Initially assisting in the cooking of starters and desserts.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: A genuine interest in working within the Hospitality industry.The ability to work well as part of a team.Flexibility to work a variety of weekdays, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
