Job Duties: The employer is: LOUGHSHORE CO.Helping to prepare food for cooking such as washing and chopping vegetables and salad. Learning how to make soups and stocks. Following recipes and instructions exactly. Learning how to operate particular items of kitchen equipment and machinery, and to do so safely.Learning how to complete Food Safety records.Maintaining a hygienic workspace. Full training and guidance will be provided, a uniform and the basic Food Hygiene qualification will be provided at no cost.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.A genuine interest in catering. The ability to work safely as part of a team.Reliable.
