Job Duties: Can supervise all levels of chefs in busy brasserie kitchens.Can assist the Executive Head Chef in the supervision of kitchen production.Can ensure proper staffing and adequate supplies for all stations.
Qualifications / Experience: Have 2 years previous experience in a similar position.Experience managing a kitchen, assisting with ordering, controlling stock Level 2 Food HygieneAbility to supervisor staff and work in a high-volume environmentExcellent knowledge of Health & Safety and food standard requirementsBe able to lead a team of varied skilled chefsAble to prioritise work load
