Job Duties: To work with all levels of chefs in 2 busy kitchens.Be able to work within a large team and take responsibility of pastry sectionCan produce production of desserts, cakes, breaks, shortbread etc. to all hotel outlets to the highest food standard.
Qualifications / Experience: Proven experience working as a pastry chef in a fast-paced environmentLevel 2 Basic Food HygieneAble to prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, breads, shortbreads etcGood attention to detail and creativityGood sense of planning preparation for the day aheadWorking knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (gluten free, sugarless etc)
