Job Duties: Assists the Executive Head Chef in the supervision of the kitchen operations.Ensures proper staffing and adequate supplies for all stations.
Qualifications / Experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar positionPrevious experience in a hotel environment with banquetingNVQ Level 2 Food Preparation or equivalentLevel 2 Basic Food Hygiene CertificateAbility to supervise staff in a competent mannerExperience of menu planning
