Job Duties: To provide all children with a nutritious, balanced and varied dietTo follow all menus provided by Rascals ensure the kitchen is clean and at a high level of hygieneTo be aware of all special requirements and allergies of children within Rascals and be responsible for catering for their individual needsTo follow the roles and responsibilities and professional conduct set out by the nursery
Qualifications / Experience: Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (C.I.E.H.)A good level of understanding in nutritional values of foodHave experience working in a kitchen settingKnowledge of operational practice in use of HACCP & COSHHTo be working towards the above qualification
