Job Duties: To serve authentic, credible and consistently delivered food that is natural, fresh and sustainable. The role of the Chef De Partie is to support the kitchen brigade and to ensure dishes are prepared, cooked and presented to the RA Group food philosophy standards.Our Kitchen Team will look after The Lobby Café, a 180 seater restaurant open from 10-7pm daily. We love to serve authentic, credible and consistently delivered food that is natural, fresh and sustainable.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Is able to demonstrate excitement for food.Strong cooking skills.Willing to learn new skills.A team player who supports the team.Calm, courteous and professional.Able to prioritise and work under pressure.Must be able to maintain standards and follow procedures.Flexibility.Sound knowledge of Hygiene & Food Safety requirements.Desirable Criteria:Culinary qualification.Previous experience in a similar role.Experience in high volume catering.
