Job Duties: To cover holidays and sickness, sometimes at short notice.Ensure the cash handling policy is followed. Good customer care skills dealing with customer requests or complaints in a professional manner.Intermediate Food hygiene certificate is desirable or basis food hygiene certificate essentially. A good knowledge of HACCP compliance ensuring all company compliance documents are completed daily and signed.Ensure Risk assessments and Health & Safety practises are followed.To be responsible for all company allergen compliance and ensure all documentation is completed and signed.To be able to motivate a team. Ensure to Kitchen and dining area are cleaned maintain to a high standard, completing check before leaving site.Any other reasonable request.

Qualifications / Experience: NVQ level 2 or equivalent.Experience of a busy catering environment.Good customer care and organisational skills.
