Job Duties: The employer is: CAFà CARBERRY.Duties will include:Food preparation.Develop and plan menus and daily specials.Making soups & specials for café menu.Making of buffets for outside catering.Food packaging and labelling.Ordering & rotating stock.Ensuring food hygiene standards are met.Following HACCP guidelines.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: High standards of kitchen hygiene.Previous experience in a busy catering environment.
