Job Duties: We are looking for an experienced chef or two to join our team. You will be working under our very experienced head chef. You will be expected to produce well cooked and well presented food in a busy call order setting for an award winning cafe bistro. You will prep food, keep all areas clean and tidy, complete hygiene records and keep all other records up to date. You will have input into writing up special menus on a daily basis and also in placing orders for delivery of fresh ingredients. You should be personable, friendly and be able to work well under pressure and as part of a small team. We offer company pension, free lunches when on duty, and a decent work life balance our intention is to open just 4 evenings per week in addition to our day service which is 7 days.

Qualifications / Experience: At least 2 years experience as a chef. You should also have basic food hygiene certificates. Your experience should be in a similar environment to that of which the job pertains. You should have your own transport to be able to get in and out of work as a bus cannot be relied on due to the hours of trade.
