Job Duties: To assist in the running of a busy kitchen working as part of the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of quality food to the standard of our company mission statement 'To surpass customer expectations through outstanding customer service and exceptional food'Duties are focused around, but not limited to the following Working as part of the team, showing support, consideration and respect for colleagues at all times.To deliver exceptional standards of service, cleanliness and maintenance.To action promptly any issues, particularly those that directly affect our guests.Ensure opening and closing checklists are followed updated and documented.To arrive for shift on time, in uniform.Performing any reasonable tasks as requested by the Head Chef, Manager or any other Duty Manager. Food Heartland and Food NI member.
Qualifications / Experience: Professional chef qualification.Basic Food Hygiene.Chef qualifications to standard required.Candidates will have good communication skills.Eligible to work in the UK.
