Job Duties: The Employer is: BRICK & FEATHER LTD.Understand HACCP /Safe catering plan.Understand all relevant Health and Safety requirements.Prep of food.Understand working of combi oven and high speed oven.With coaching; learn how to prepare menu items.Learn about safe handling of cooked and raw foods.Learn how to manage stocks for food preparation.Have opportunity to give feedback on training.You will be entitled to annual leave during this opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: No experience needed as full training will be provided.
