Job Duties: The Cook is responsible for managing team members within the Kitchen (in the absence of the Head Cook) and ensuring that wholesome and nutritious meals are delivered following a structured menu plan and allowing for individual dietary needs/choice to be catered for.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Minimum three years experience in a similar roleFood Hygiene & COSHH training Must have a good command of written and spoken English Ability to communicate with the elderly Ability to work set hours, flexible to meet the needs of the organisation Desirable Criteria:Previous management experience
