Job Duties: Seaview House are currently recruiting a maintenance person to join our small, friendly care home in Bangor. Working 16 hours a week over 3 day period.Job duties; Taking and recording water temperatures, legionella checks, regular fire alarm checks, general maintenance work, repairs and gardening. Preference will be given to those with a qualification in a trade i.e. electrician, plumber, joiner, painter or decorator.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience in maintenance at care home facility essential.Valid driving license essential.
