Job Duties: At Clanmil, our tenants are at the heart of what we do. This post will be based at Belfast schemes which comprises a mixture of apartments and houses: Springfield Mill, Falls Road.The Caretaker will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes will be responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas in the buildings and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors.
Qualifications / Experience: You will have previous experience working within a similar role. Please see our website for full qualifications needed.
