Job Duties: To provide an efficient and effective cleaning support to the organisation's Central Offices in Lisburn Road and Windsor Avenue. To ensure all required materials are replenished sufficiently and in a timely manner. To be responsible for the maintenance and security of the premises and its contents. To supervise the HQ and Windsor Avenue cleaning and caretaking teams and have oversight to external agency and contractor staff.

Qualifications / Experience: Willingness to undertake Health & Safety and additional identified and agreed training as required. 6 month's experience in a similar role.Demonstrable DIY experience to a minor maintenance level.Full valid driver's licence and access to a form of transport on appointment to enable the duties of the role to be fulfilled.Ability to read and understand Health & Safety data sheets, COSHH assessments and product labels.Supervision, staff management and associated admin.
