Job Duties: To assist the Caretaker at Ards Arts Centre to appropriately set-up rooms and maintain the facility. To act as a key holder for Ards Arts Centre, to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility. Please refer to Council website for a full description of the duties

Qualifications / Experience: 1 year's relevant cleaning experience.Experience in caretaking ability to use heavy cleaning equipment.Experience of Health and Safety Procedures.To be flexible.Please note manual work is involved.Please refer to Council website for Job Description.
