Job Duties: The purpose of the post is to be responsible to the Centre Manager (On Street Community Youth Manager) of the building for security, plant, equipment, cleaning, porterage, building opening and closing and direction of the public. This post also involves maintenance of heating, electrical and boilers as required including all aspects of Building Health & Safety to comply with H&S Regulations and Fire Safety Regulations.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential: Good communication skillsApplicants should have at least one year continuous or two years total experience in two of the following areas:Supervision of staff.Industrial cleaning.Security of buildings and porterage.Minor maintenance experience.Good skills based work experience.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Desirable:Skills based NVQ level III
