Job Duties: The Employer is: LISNAFIN AND ARDNALEE COMMUNITY TRUST.Act as a key holder to provide access to Lisnafin Community Centre for users & facilitators during evening & weekend events.Ensure that all public areas are kept presentable & clear of obstruction at all times.Moving items of furniture & equipment as required.The post requires manual handling which will involve lifting/ moving/ setting up tables & chairs, for meetings & events then packing away of tables & chairs after meetings & events.Regularly check the operation of fire equipment.Inform staff of any Health & Safety issues.Ensure that the building is secure after evening & weekend events.Adhere to LATCCDAS Covid-19 Risk assessment, including public health guidance regarding health, hygiene & social distancing.Help facilitate the smooth running of the centre or as reasonably required by the Management Committee.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Good communication skills.Able to follow instructions.Able to use own initiative.Willingness to learn new skills.Adaptable and willing to work flexible hours.
