Job Duties: The employer is: AN GAELÃRAS LIMITED. Act as keyholder to provide access to the Centre for users and artists. Ensure that all public areas are kept presentable and clear of obstructions at all times. Moving items of furniture and equipment as required. Preparing rooms for meetings and events. Regularly check the operation of fire equipment. To inspect and repair minor damages, leaks, etc. and inform management of any H&S issues. Ensure that the buildings are secure after evening events.Adhering to Covid-19 hygiene standards. There are 2 roles with different work patterns as listed above. Role 1 will require the employee to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends. Role 2 will occasionally require the employee to be able to work flexible hours including weekends. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Good communication skills. Able to follow instructions. Able to use own initiative. Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Adaptable and willing to work flexible hours. Desirable:Fluency / Knowledge of the Irish language. Willingness to learn the Irish language.
