Job Duties: The employer is: FOUNTAIN STREET COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION.Duties will include:Inspecting the building including heating, lighting and alarm systems.Managing and updating paperwork.Following Health and Safety standards.Opening and closing premises.Manual handling.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: The successful applicant will learn new technical skills which will be necessary to carry out the role, e.g. maintaining buildings, engaging with the public and handling money.Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
