Job Duties: To provide cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated Line Manager or other Authorised Person and in accordance with the practices and procedures of Libraries NI.

Qualifications / Experience: Hold a valid, full Driving LicenceA minimum of one year's experience working as Assistant Building Supervisor, Caretaker or similar role in a medium/large buildingPrevious responsibility for security of building, opening/closing and key holder dutiesKnowledge of building cleaning methods and the use of electrical cleaning machinery e.g. floor polishing equipmentAwareness of Health and Safety legislation and practices e.g. COSHH and/or CLP regulationsAbility to work as part of a team or on own initiativeAbility to work a mix of mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as required, both at base and in other premisesHave no criminal record which would prevent working with children or vulnerable adults.
