Job Duties: Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.

Qualifications / Experience: 2 years relevant experience in a similar role ie handy person / labourer or equivalent. A full current driving licence (B1 plus E or C1 plus E) and access to a form of transport.
