Job Duties: Check all light bulbs& emergency lighting.Clean windows.Reporting repairs to manager & meeting with her weekly.General repairs.Disposal of waste materials & putting out weekly bins.Painting inside & out.Driving Sisters to appointments & home long distance.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of 1 years' experience in Caretaking/gardening maintenance.General gardening skills.General maintenance skillsAbility to paint and decorate.Full, clean, valid driving licence.
