Job Duties: The employer is: LCDI/RVCP.You will be employed as a Maintenance Operative. You will be required primarily to fulfil the duties of maintenance, refurbishment and general duties including painting, grass cutting etc. From time to time, you may be asked to carry out and assist in other areas and locations of the organisation as directed by your Line Manager.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 3 GCSEs Grade C or above (or equivalent).Methodical approach to work.Ability to be pro-active and display initiative.Willingness to learn and acquire new skills.Organisational skills.Full and clean driving licence (desirable).
