Job Duties: Provide safe and high-quality support at all times to every person we support. Other duties include: providing companionship, serving meals and general housekeeping.

Qualifications / Experience: At least 1 year's paid experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions and / or acquired brain injury within a Health and Social Care setting.At least 1 year's experience of development and/or implementation of Person Centred Care/Support Plans.At least 1 year's experience working as part of a team within a Health and Social Care setting.
