Job Duties: Support and manage a team of Care and Support Workers.To be on-call and standby on a rota bases.To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator.Act as a link between the client and the office.Oversee care quality control.Monitor and supervise care service.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential: Experience in care.Self-motivated.Caring and sensitive.Flexible.Committed to maintaining our high standards of care.Good communicator.Desirable: Experience in managing staff.
