Job Duties: Ensure that all care and support is service user focused and upholds the principles of respect, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, independence and choiceEnable new service users¿ to be inducted into their home and the local community, including introduction to neighbours as appropriateAssisting service users to establish, maintain and retain relationships with families, carers and significant others

Qualifications / Experience: Demonstrable evidence of 1 year of care/support experience.Effective verbal and written communication to include numeracy skillsKnowledge of Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and complex needsDemonstrable knowledge and understanding off behaviours that challenge
