Job Duties: To work in accordance with the aims and the philosophy of the Western Health & Care Trust with particular reference to the facility's operational policy.Assist/facilitate clients to participate in all activities of daily living so as to ensure that individuals reach and maintain their maximum potential. This would also include accompanying residents on outings using transport provided. Qualifications / Experience: NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent and 1 years' experience providing direct patient care in a formal care settingOr2 year' experience providing direct care in a formal care setting.For posts within the community, a full current driving licence and access to a car is also essential.
