Job Duties: Health Care provided in accordance with individual care plans for each resident, promoting privacy, dignity whilst enhancing independence, rehabilitation and recognition of personal choice.
Qualifications / Experience: Experience of working in a nursing home environment is desirable but not essential as we welcome your enthusiasm to our valued team.You will need to be a caring, kind and understanding person who is keen to work under the supervision of nursing/senior care staff as part of a team; to deliver excellent standards of care to residents.
