Job Duties: Assist nurses in the provision of nursing care, maintaining confidentiality at all times.Ensure that specific instructions regarding the treatment and diet of the residents are carried out and recorded as directed, for example, fluid intake.Co-operate and assist nursing, medical and domestic staff as required.Ensure a harmonious atmosphere is maintained in the home at all times for the comfort of the residents.Deal courteously with residents at all times no matter how aggressive or confused they become.Ensure that the relatives of the residents are welcomed to the home and shown hospitality.

Qualifications / Experience: Good communication skills both written and oral are essential to fulfil the role effectively.Prior experience in a caring role is desired but full training will be provided.
