Job Duties: Uphold and deliver Seaview Houses ethos of care which is centred on kindness, empathy, respect, integrity and trust. Work as part of the care team to support the needs of our resident group and deliver personalised care as per care plan. Support the nursing team and mental health and wellbeing coach in meeting the needs of our residents. Become a named carer to allocated residents and build good relationships with family, friends and key stakeholders. Must adhere to Seaview Houses Covid19 policy and guidelines.
Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience desirable, NISSC registered
