Job Duties: Actively engage and work with each tenant to restore confidence and maintain or regain skills they may have lost or are at risk of losing. This will include supporting each tenant across a broad range of daily activities in accordance with their support plan; for example, supporting them to look after their own personal care activities, shopping, general housekeeping, meal preparation and provision, gardening and keeping safe in their own home. Contribute to the strength based assessment process, through observation, and recording of individual tenants abilities, activities, behaviours and needs. Qualifications / Experience: Certificate in Community Care or Social Care or NVQ Level II Care/QCF Level 2, Diploma in Health and Social Care or BTEC National Certificate in Care (Social Care) Or equivalent. AND1 years caring experience in a Residential/ Nursing/Community/Day Care/Voluntary Sector setting. OR 18 months caring experience in a Residential/ Nursing/Community/Day Care/Voluntary Sector setting.
