Job Duties: We are recruiting on behalf of our service user who is looking for a suitable person to fill a recent vacancy in their team. As a 'live-in' model, you would be supporting four young learning disabled adults in their own family home set in expansive private grounds in a rural setting. There is an excellent staff ratio with a team of six full timers implementing a non-medicated, non-clinical homely routine. You would provide companionship and support with cooking, cleaning, personal care and meaningful indoor and outdoor activities. You would be trained in the use of visuals.Please note that as a 'live-in' model, weekly hours can exceed the 48+ hour Working Time Directive.

Qualifications / Experience: Full UK driver's licence preferred.

Other Information: Pay is four weekly. Employer pension contribution is 4%. The annual salary is in that region. Each week has different hourly tallies for pay calculation purposes.
