Job Duties: The post holder will work within a team to develop and deliver personalised support services to adults with learning disabilities who display complex needs (mental health issues, physical disabilities, and varying levels of challenging behaviours) in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence).

Qualifications / Experience: QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent.A minimum of 1 years' experience in a support role working with adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour in a community/residential setting.Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new/returning to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months.Have previous administration experience.OrA minimum of 2 year's experience in a support role working with adults with learning difficulties AndChallenging behaviour in a community/residential setting.Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new/returning to the sector must achieve registration within 6 monthHave previous administration experience.AndThe above experience must include supervisory responsibility.Above experience must demonstrate the use of IT and the provision of administrative support to include regulatory, scheme and resident reports.
