Job Duties: Work with a team of care workers in co-ordinating safe delivery of care services as prescribed.Where necessary, cover planned/unplanned absence.Be responsible as the main allocated care worker for high dependency service user's care.Lead the care package in terms of co-ordinating services and training care staff.Provide services in line with RQIA, our regulatory body and exceed Regulation Quality and Improvement Authority minimum standards.
