Job Duties: To ensure thorough completion and dispatch of weekly rotas taking into account staff availability, holiday leave and client's needs attends to.Participate in an on-call roster providing cover to maintain the service 7 days per week.To provide services to cover service user requirements as per care plan.To act appropriately in emergency situations, report incidents whilst respecting service user's sensitivity, privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications / Experience: NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care.
