Job Duties: To provide care and support for individuals with a learning disability/autism.
Qualifications / Experience: At least 1 years' experience of:Supporting people with learning disabilities and / or autistic spectrum conditions and / or acquired brain injury within a paid role in a Health and Social Care setting ANDDevelopment and/or implementation of Person Centred Care / Support Plans ANDBeing part of a team within a Health and Social Care setting.
