Job Duties: To assist with the care and support of the residents within the Christian ethos and aims of the Council for Social Witness.

Qualifications / Experience: Evidence and understanding of and respect for the needs of older people.Willing to undertake NVQ training.Awareness of health and safety practices within a working and residential environment.Proficiency in understanding, communicating and writing in English to level required by the duties of the post.Be willing to work additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the Home.Be committed to working within the Christian ethos of the Home.Registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council is a requirement of this position.
