Job Duties: To assist with the care and support of the residents within the Christian ethos and aims of the Council for Social Witness.

Qualifications / Experience: Evidence an understanding of and respect for the needs of older people;Willing to undertake NVQ / QCF training;Awareness of health and safety practices within a working and residential environment;Proficiency in understanding, communicating and writing in English to level required by the duties of the post.Be willing to work additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the Home;Be committed to working within the Christian ethos of the Home;Registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council, by the appointee, is a requirement of this position.
