Job Duties: Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo undertake the full range of caring duties in accordance RQIA Regulations NISCC and RCD standards.To encourage service users to maintain maximum independence in a user-friendly setting.To undertake such personal and intimate duties as may be required for individual service users in the Centre.Escort and assist service users, as required, in and around the Centre, e.g. to and from the dining room, toilets etc.To encourage social interactions between service users and enable them to make use of any available recreational facilities.To provide support and guidance to colleagues in fulfilling the duties of their posts as required by RQIA.

Qualifications / Experience: Qualifications:Maths and English Grades A-CLevel 3 qualification in Health & Social CareExperience:3 years' experience in a similar paid roleKnowledge of Daycare Minimum Standards for N.I. in a Daycare settingOther:Current NISCC registrationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteHold a current full driving licence and/or have access to a form of transport which allows the post holder to fulfil the duties of the postThis refers to any applicant who has declared that they have a disability which prohibits them from driving
