Job Duties: We are now recruiting an Area Service Manager for our Omagh branch to cover maternity. JOB SUMMARYTo organise and supervise the delivery of home care support services to Service Users in their own homesTo work in a flexible and reliable manner in response to the needs of the serviceTo manage a team of Domiciliary Care WorkersTo reinforce and ensure compliance within the Domiciliary Care Agencies Minimum StandardsTo ensure that a quality care service is delivered to all Service Users

Qualifications / Experience: Good general education to include good numeracy and at least 3 year's experience in a care settingExperience of coordinating rotasExperience of managing staff NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) registration completed at training, if not already registeredEnhanced AccessNIRight to work in UK
